Deacon
Sammie serves at OnFire Ministries as a Deacon with a heart to love and serve wherever God leads. She leads Children’s Ministry by organizing ministry needs, discipling, and serving the children with care and intentionality. She also helps in Hospitality by supporting church socials and various events, and faithfully stands on the Intercessors Team, praying for families, the church, and our nation. Sammie’s life purpose is to faithfully follow Him wherever He leads, being the hands and feet of Jesus so that anyone she meets can feel the love and grace of the Father. Her favorite testimony is her own family—after a season of uncertainty about having children, the Lord blessed her and her husband with seven beautiful children over 13 years, bringing healing and restoration to their marriage and allowing them to serve together in freedom and wholeness through Christ. She and her family love spending time together through movie nights, camping, and drag racing. Her favorite Scripture is 2 Corinthians 12:9.
